Houbara bustards
In Atlas Mountains of
Morocco,. Houbara is based in North Africa they take care of them carefully, to
prevent them from becoming extinct. Their number has decrease because of
hunting and the dry grasslands where they live.
“The
center in Morocco has plans to
increase the number than the last year .some birds to be used for breeding and
familiar with humans” ( Todorova, V.2011).
.Another technician’s works on matching
male and females to ensure positive future stock .the other are kept in wire
cages coved until nine months then release in morocco. The scientists’ monitor
the birds by tracking their movements, so they say program is working so far and
number have increased.
